Payments
How money leaves Poppo Live and reaches your account
Verification, minimum and method. Three things that decide whether you can withdraw whenever you want, from 100 thousand points.
Before you start
Earning and getting paid are different things, and the gap between them is where most time gets lost. This guide covers the practical side: what must be ready to withdraw, when you can withdraw, the ways to get paid, and what usually holds a payout up.
What must be ready to withdraw
- Identity verification completed. It is done before you start going live, always inside the app, never over a message; without it, the first payment stays on hold.
- Payout method set up, Binance or a local method (for example PayPal in Europe, Pix in Brazil or Nequi in Colombia), with the details in your own name.
- A balance of at least 100,000 points, which is $10. Below that, the request will not be accepted and the balance keeps building until it gets there. Only points count: coins, including the yellow coins from men’s tasks, cannot be withdrawn.
The minimum is the same in every region, and there is no minimum level to request payment: only verification, the method and the balance count.
Tip: do the verification before your first live, even with no balance yet. It spares you the most frustrating wait there is: having the money sitting in the app and not being able to request it.
The minimum and what your points are worth
The exchange rate is fixed and the same everywhere: 100,000 points are worth $10, and that is also the minimum balance to request payment. To convert in your head, divide the points by 10,000.
| Balance in points | In dollars | Can you request payment? |
|---|---|---|
| 80,000 | $8 | Not yet: below the minimum |
| 100,000 | $10 | Yes, it is the minimum |
| 250,000 | $25 | Yes |
| 1,000,000 | $100 | Yes |
The values in the table are straight conversions at the fixed rate, before any fee from the payout method. To see how points are earned, read coins, points and diamonds.
No cycle: withdraw whenever you want
In the app you can withdraw whenever your balance holds at least 100,000 points. There is no payout cycle and no cutoff date to wait for: once the balance reaches the minimum, the request can be made right then.
Just remember that what counts is the balance in points. What arrives as coins, like the yellow coins from men’s tasks, cannot be withdrawn.
Binance or a local method: how to get paid
In any country you can withdraw through Binance or another local method, and all the options follow the same logic: earnings are counted in dollars, setup is done inside the app, and the details must be in your own name.
- PayPal. In Europe, the money arrives in your PayPal account, which must be in your own name.
- Pix. In Brazil, the money arrives in reais, straight to your Pix key, which must be in your own name.
- Nequi. In Colombia, the money arrives in your Nequi account, which must be in your own name.
- Binance. The money arrives in your Binance account. It works in any country, for anyone who already has an account there, and that account must be in your own name.
All of them are valid, and the choice is yours. That said, if the priority is to receive as much as possible, Binance generates more value: it has lower fees and delivers more money at conversion.
We do not publish a table of fees and timing here, because those values change, and a wrong table is worse than none. At Tasco, we confirm them in writing, for your country, before your first broadcast. That way you know what you will receive before you start working, not after.
What usually holds a payout up
- A different name. Payout details must be in the account holder’s own name. A third-party account is almost always rejected.
- An expired document, or an unreadable photo, during verification.
- Miscopied details. One missing digit in the Pix key, the Nequi or PayPal account or the Binance details is enough for the request to fail.
- A balance below the minimum. With fewer than 100,000 points, the request will not be accepted. Coins do not count.
- Waiting on a balance in coins. Only points can be withdrawn; what arrives as coins stays out.
If a payment is late
Before concluding that something went wrong, go back to the list above. In general the causes are the same ones: a balance below the minimum, the name on the details, or a document that needs to be redone. If none of those explains the delay, talk to your agency and bring three pieces of information: your ID, the date you made the request, and the amount requested. With those details, the problem gets solved faster.
Safety rules with no exceptions
Nobody needs your password to pay you. Not the platform, not the agency, not some support account. Payouts are set up inside the app, from your own account. Anyone who asks for credentials, a verification code or an advance “to release the withdrawal” is trying to rob you, and it is a well-known scam.
- Never send a password or a verification code, by message or through any other channel.
- Never pay a fee to “release” a withdrawal.
- Double-check the Pix key, the Nequi or PayPal account or the Binance account before saving: the details must be yours.
- Be wary of pressure and of promises of guaranteed earnings.
Summary: the withdrawal step by step
- Complete identity verification inside the app, before you start going live.
- Set up Binance or a local method (PayPal, Pix, Nequi), with the details in your own name.
- Check that the balance has reached 100,000 points, which is $10.
- Request the withdrawal whenever you want, with no cycle or cutoff date to wait for.
- If something stalls, review the name, the document and the details. When in doubt, talk to your agency.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum to withdraw?
100,000 points, which is $10. The minimum is the same in every region, and you can withdraw whenever your balance reaches it.
Do I need a certain account level to request payment?
No. There is no minimum level to request payment. What counts is completed identity verification, a configured method and the minimum balance.
When can I withdraw, and how long does payment take?
You can request it at any time, and timing depends on the method you chose. If verification was not completed, the first payment stays on hold. Timing changes, so confirm it with your agency before you start.
Should I get paid through Binance or a local method?
In any country you can withdraw through Binance or another local method, such as PayPal in Europe, Pix in Brazil or Nequi in Colombia. All of them work with the details in your own name, and the choice is yours. Binance generates more value: it has lower fees and delivers more money at conversion. Local methods are convenient for anyone who already has an account with them.
Can I get paid into someone else’s account?
No. The details must be in the account holder’s own name. Third-party accounts are usually rejected.
Why can’t I request a withdrawal?
Usually because the balance is still below 100,000 points, because part of it is in coins, which cannot be withdrawn, or because identity verification was not completed. Points are not lost: the balance keeps building.
Does the agency have access to my money?
No. The platform pays out to the details the host sets up in the host’s own account. No agency needs your credentials.
Want to know how and when you get paid?
Before your first broadcast, Tasco confirms in writing the method, timing and fees that apply in your country. Applying is free.
