- authentication and access management for restricted areas, where applicable

- legitimate interest of Tasco Agency in managing recruitment, security, operation and operational improvement of the website, provided this does not override the rights and freedoms of data subjects

Where processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Personal data collected for host application purposes will be retained until the application decision is made and, in any case, for a maximum period of 6 months, unless:
- there is a legal obligation requiring retention for a longer period
- the data subject consents to an additional period
- retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in judicial, administrative or similar proceedings
Technical, security and browsing data will be retained only for the period strictly necessary for the respective purposes.

In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the CNPD – Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
Where applicable and under relevant local legislation, the user may also have recourse to the competent authority in the country where they are located.

Tasco Agency adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorised access or any other form of unlawful or improper processing.
However, no internet data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as absolutely secure, so Tasco Agency cannot ensure total security, although it adopts reasonable and proportionate measures to protect it.
